The uTradeHub is a national paperless trade infrastructure built with the government assistance to reduce the incidental costs and facilitate export competitiveness of the trade industry through online transactions of trade documents.

Service Description

The service facilitates easy processing of complex trading services without the need to visit banks or export/import authorities of trading partners.
    • Bank services required for export and import, such as notification and opening of L/Cs, payment, etc.
    • Purchase confirmation and local L/C-related services required for local (indirect export) transactions
    • Regulation Compliance Service such as import approval and recommendation
    • Relay services including the application for a cargo insurance and export insurance policy, the policy issuance notification, etc.
    • FTA origin management services such as the origin determination, the issuance, distribution and storage of certificates, etc.
    • Export declaration, amendment, cancellation extension of loading period for cross border e-commerce and express shipping by world-wide couriers

How to use

    • Registration as a uLogisHub member (acceptance of terms and conditions, member information registration) → Submission of an application form and a business license (uploading) → Registration approval → Use of the service
